Air Charter Costs
We choose to operate our guide area with a minimum number of clients. This allows us greater flexibility in where we hunt and the quality of animals we produce. In order to minimize air charter costs clients need to be aware of the following:
The air charter fee is for a flight from Norman Wells to base camp return on scheduled hunts dates only. Should a client travel outside those dates either coming or going, those additional flight charges will be at their own expense. There is no refund for missed flights or early departures.
If required, we include an airplane move to and from spike camp at no extra cost to the client. We feel that incorporating an airplane to help move our clients to and from spike camp allows them more hunting time and also leaves them in better physical condition to hunt.
Cancellation Policy
In the case of cancellation, deposits will be refunded less a 25% service charge, provided that a mutually acceptable client can be booked. We do not provide travel or cancellation insurance for any deposits. We recommend acquiring travel insurance to protect your hunting investment. There are a number of brokers that provide this service.
Trophy Fees
Trophy fees are payable in base camp at the conclusion of the hunt. Fees may be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Travellers’ checks, cashier’s checks or cash.
